2. What We Provide
Impro Supreme offers training and teaching in improvisation, acting and physical performance. This includes:
• Online courses and digital training
• 1:1 coaching sessions
• In-person workshops
• Future membership programmes
• Future digital downloads
All services are educational and artistic in nature.
⸻
3. No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Results
Impro Supreme provides artistic and educational training only. Nothing on this website or in any course, workshop, coaching session, video or written material should be understood as medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal or financial advice.
While Impro Supreme aims to provide high-quality training, we do not guarantee any specific artistic, career or personal outcome. Your progress depends entirely on your own effort, practice and context.
By participating in Impro Supreme activities, you accept full responsibility for your own artistic development.
⸻
4. Physical Safety
Improvisation and acting involve physical movement. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to safely engage in the exercises and activities offered.
Impro Supreme is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of exercises, ignoring your physical limits, or unsafe environments chosen by you.
⸻
5. Purchases, Payments and Refunds
5.1 Payment Processing
All payments are handled securely through ThriveCart, which may use Stripe or other third-party payment gateways. Impro Supreme does not store or process your payment card details.
⸻
5.2 Online Courses & Digital Products
Statutory right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA (or a jurisdiction with equivalent rules, such as the United Kingdom), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an online course or digital product within fourteen (14) days of concluding the contract, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as transposed in your country of residence. To exercise it, notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement sent to , or by using the model withdrawal form in the Annex to these Terms. Where withdrawal is validly exercised, we reimburse all sums received within fourteen (14) days of being informed, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Immediate-access waiver. Because digital content is delivered at once, access begins before the 14-day period ends. By expressly requesting immediate access at checkout and acknowledging that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, you consent to that immediate performance; once performance has begun on that basis, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. Where a course is sold with immediate access, as indicated on its product page, this express request is a condition of purchase.
Commercial guarantee. Impro Supreme may offer a longer voluntary refund guarantee (for example, 30 days). Where stated on the product page, that guarantee is a separate commercial commitment, more favourable than the statutory right, and applies independently of it — and to all purchasers, including those outside the EU/EEA.
⸻
5.3 Coaching Sessions
Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
⸻
5.4 Workshops (In-Person Events)
Workshop ticketing and payments may be handled through third-party platforms such as Billetweb. Unless otherwise stated by the ticketing platform, workshop tickets are non-refundable by default. However, Impro Supreme allows cancellations according to the following schedule:
Refund / Credit Deadlines
• 60 days or more before the workshop:
90% refund OR full credit
• 30 days before:
No refund, but full credit
• 15 days before:
No refund, but 50% credit
• Less than 7 days before:
No refund and no credit
Exception: If someone on the waiting list takes your place, you may receive 90% credit.
Use of Credits
• Credits may only be used for workshops with available places.
• You are responsible for checking availability.
• Credits expire at the end of the current season and cannot be refunded or extended.
⸻
6. User Accounts
Users do not create accounts on improsupreme.com.
Accounts for online courses are created solely via training.improsupreme.com (ThriveCart Learn) and are subject to that platform’s terms and privacy policy.
⸻
7. WhatsApp Groups
Impro Supreme may offer access to private WhatsApp groups for course participants. By joining, you agree to:
• interact respectfully and professionally
• not share screenshots, messages or personal information outside the group
• not advertise or solicit clients
• respect the privacy and boundaries of all participants
Access to WhatsApp groups is limited to the period stated on the course page. Impro Supreme may remove participants or discontinue group access at any time in cases of inappropriate behaviour or misuse.
WhatsApp is a third-party service; Impro Supreme is not responsible for outages or their privacy practices.
⸻
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, texts, images, exercises and other content are protected by copyright.
You may:
• access materials for your own personal, non-commercial study
• take private notes
You may not:
• share videos, PDFs or course content publicly
• upload or redistribute Impro Supreme materials
• use the materials for your own teaching without permission
• grant or sell access to others
Moderate internal sharing (“look at this concept”) is tolerated, but systematic copying or redistribution is prohibited.
⸻
9. Suspension of Access
Impro Supreme reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any course, workshop, coaching service or digital product — without refund — if we reasonably suspect:
• sharing or redistributing course materials
• copying protected content
• granting access to others
• using materials for your own teaching without permission
• abuse or harassment in any community space
• any breach of these Terms
Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the violation.
⸻

You agree not to use this website:
• for illegal or harmful purposes

• to harass, threaten or harm others
Impro Supreme may restrict access if misuse is detected.
⸻
11. Third-Party Services
Impro Supreme may link to third-party platforms (ThriveCart, Stripe, WhatsApp, Vimeo, YouTube, Billetweb, etc.). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Impro Supreme is not responsible for their actions, availability or data processing.
⸻
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impro Supreme is not liable for:
• indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• loss of income, opportunities or employment
• injuries incurred during physical exercises
• technical failures beyond our control
• failures of third-party platforms
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use or request a refund according to section 5.
⸻
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
However, if you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, this choice may not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (Rome I Regulation, Art. 6). Nothing in these Terms removes your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and you may be sued only in the courts of the Member State where you are domiciled (Brussels I bis Regulation, Arts. 17–19).
For non-consumer customers, the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction.
⸻
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version is always published on this page.
Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
