Continuing the training
1:1 Coaching & mentoring
1:1 coaching and mentoring are available to performers who have already trained inside the Impro Supreme online programme.
It’s for those who want to refine their technique and develop an individual practice under close guidance.
Because the training is cumulative, individual mentoring only makes sense once the shared foundations are in place. That’s what keeps it honest and efficient – for both of us.
What we work on
1:1 mentoring focuses on how you work: your habits, your strengths, your blind spots. The frame is always concrete and personal.
Physical expression
Refining how you use movement, gesture, posture and stillness – so what you do becomes clearer and more readable.
Attention and perception
Training the ability to see what is happening – in yourself, in your partner and in the space – instead of working from assumptions or reflexes.
Choice and commitment
Slowing down enough to choose, committing fully to what you do, and learning how to adjust without losing clarity or authority.
Project-based work
In some cases, mentoring may focus on a specific project – a solo piece, an act or a performance in development. The emphasis remains the same: how you work, how you make your choices and how material becomes clear through action.
How it works
Each request is considered individually. The aim is to make sure each arc is useful and timely – not automatic.
Mentoring is typically organised as a short arc of three sessions, spaced several weeks apart to allow time for practice and integration. This gives the training time to settle between sessions, without becoming open-ended.
Sessions are online by default. In-person is possible in Paris or Copenhagen, depending on timing and logistics.
Rates are discussed upon request.
