Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Impro Supreme v/Caspar Schjelbred (CVR 45061779), including online courses, digital content, coaching sessions and in-person workshops.

1. Online Courses & Digital Products

1.1 EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all online courses include a minimum 14-day refund period, in accordance with EU consumer law.

1.2 Waiving the right of withdrawal

If you choose to access the course immediately after purchase, you may be asked to confirm that you are waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal.

This is required by EU law for digital products that are delivered instantly.

1.3 Extended guarantees

Impro Supreme may offer longer refund periods (e.g., 30-day guarantee).

If a longer guarantee is offered, it will be clearly stated on the product page and overrides the general 14-day rule.

1.4 How to request a refund

Send an email to with:

• your full name

• the email used for purchase

• the name of the course

Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

2. Coaching Sessions (1:1)

2.1 Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.

2.2 Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

3. Workshops (In-Person Events)

Workshop ticketing may be handled by third-party platforms such as Billetweb.

Unless otherwise stated by the ticketing provider, workshop tickets are non-refundable by default.

However, Impro Supreme offers the following cancellation options:

3.1 Refund / Credit Deadlines

60 days or more before the workshop:

90% refund OR full credit

30 days before:

No refund, but full credit

15 days before:

No refund, but 50% credit

Less than 7 days before:

No refund and no credit

Exception: If a person on the waiting list takes your place, you may receive 90% credit.

3.2 Workshop Credits

Credits must be used:

• within the same season

• for workshops with available places

Unused credits expire at the end of the season and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

4. Membership Programmes (future)

Membership services (when introduced) will operate on a subscription basis.

Details regarding billing cycles, pausing, cancellation and refunds will be provided on the membership product page before launch.

5. Digital Downloads (future)

Unless otherwise stated, standalone digital downloads will be non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If a technical error prevents access, contact us and we will fix the issue or provide a replacement.

6. Cases Not Covered

Refunds are not provided for:

• change of mind outside the refund window

• partial use of a course or programme

• failure to attend a scheduled workshop

• network, device or technical issues on your side

• dissatisfaction based on subjective artistic preference

• misuse of Impro Supreme materials resulting in suspension of access
