In short — we don’t track you
Impro Supreme does not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any marketing surveillance tools.
We only collect the personal information you choose to give us (for example, when you subscribe to the newsletter or send a message through the contact form).
Our analytics (Matomo) are fully anonymised and cookieless.
Purchases are handled securely by ThriveCart, on its own domain.
No third-party marketing cookies are set by ImproSupreme.com.
Below is a clear explanation of what we do collect, why, and how it is used.

1. Data we collect
We only collect personal data that you voluntarily submit.
a. Contact form (Fluent Forms)
If you contact us via the form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content
- Anti-spam metadata (via WP Armour honeypot)
Data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
b. Newsletter signup (ActiveCampaign)
If you subscribe to the Impro Supreme newsletter, we collect:
- Email address
- First name (optional)
- Consent record
ActiveCampaign Site Tracking is fully disabled, meaning Impro Supreme does not track your behaviour on the site.
c. Purchases through ThriveCart
Purchases and course access are handled outside of improsupreme.com, on:
- checkout.improsupreme.com
- training.improsupreme.com
ThriveCart may collect:
- Name
- Billing details
- IP address (fraud prevention)
Impro Supreme does not store this information on its website.
2. Affiliate sales
Some Impro Supreme products may occasionally be promoted by affiliates.
- If you click an affiliate link, any tracking takes place only inside ThriveCart’s checkout system.
- Improsupreme.com does not load affiliate cookies, scripts or trackers.
- No affiliate receives your personal data from us.
All affiliate attribution is managed by ThriveCart under its own privacy policy.
3. Analytics (Matomo — cookieless mode)
We use Matomo Analytics in a strict, privacy-first configuration:
- No cookies
- No fingerprinting
- IP anonymised
- No third-party sharing
We collect only anonymous, high-level analytics such as page views and device types.
No personal data is processed.
4. Email delivery (Postmark)
Transactional emails (e.g., form confirmations) are delivered via Postmark.
Your email address is processed only to deliver the message.
We do not send marketing emails through Postmark.
5. Embedded content
Videos embedded via YouTube/Presto Player use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) whenever possible.
Third-party services may collect data only if you actively interact with the embedded content.
6. Data storage & security
Depending on what you interact with, your data may be stored in:
- WordPress (contact form submissions)
- ActiveCampaign (newsletter subscribers)
- ThriveCart (purchases)
- Postmark (outgoing emails)
We secure all data using:
- Wordfence firewall
- Encrypted HTTPS
- Anti-spam protection (WP Armour)
- Email obfuscation (Email Encoder)
- Regular encrypted backups (UpdraftPlus)
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You may at any time:
- Access your data
- Request correction
- Request deletion
- Withdraw consent
- Request data portability

8. WhatsApp groups
Certain training programmes include participation in a private WhatsApp group.
These groups are entirely independent of this website and governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
Impro Supreme does not store or process any WhatsApp data.

- Newsletter data: stored until you unsubscribe
- Purchase data: stored by ThriveCart as required by tax law
